Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. Under Articles 6 and 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a specific legal infringement becomes known. Upon notification of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
