Проверка на обхвата на DPP

Връща структуриран регулаторен отговор за продуктов тип: дали изисква цифров продуктов паспорт, от кога, на какво ниво (изделие или модел), приложимия акт и член, задълженията на ролята на заявителя, кои други актове се прилагат и кои открити въпроси трябва да бъдат отговорени преди окончателен извод. Всеки отговор посочва члена, на който се основава, или казва, когато правилата ни не обхващат продукта.

Достъпно при всеки план, включително Free. Не се брои към дневния лимит за четене или запис на v1. Вместо това се прилага ограничение по компания: около 100 отговора на ден и 30 в минута, споделени между всички канали (табло, API, MCP). Ограничението се нулира в плъзгащ 24-часов прозорец; `resetAt` дава точния момент на следващото нулиране. Отговорът касае продуктов тип, описан с факти — той е регулаторна информация, не правен съвет.

Подайте `productId` или `passportId`, за да попълните предварително факти от записаните отговори на продукта и стойностите на полетата на паспорта (обвързани с компанията; 404, ако принадлежи на друга компания). Полето `locale` управлява езика на отговора (`en`, `bg`, `de`, `it`); по подразбиране е заглавието `Accept-Language` или `en`.
